Hotels and Travel Info

As the competition team competes throughout the season, hotel blocks will be set up by the studio. Updates, reservation links, deadlines and hotel info can be found here.

Reminder: Item 12, Team Contract

Travel Hotel blocks are set up for the team when needed. Please utilize them and realize the time and effort that is taken in order to reserve these blocks/pricing so that we can travel and stay together. Also understand that if you cancel a room/rooms, it adversely affects the studio/team as we have to guarantee a certain amount of rooms in order to get the rates/block.

Nexstar Regionals April 22-23 2023

Venue: Veterans Memorial Auditorium

Nexstar National Talent Competition will be held at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium locally in Providence Rhode Island.

The schedule comes out 10 days prior to the event, we expect this to be a two day (Saturday/Sunday competition however we do not have any idea of times and related as of this moment.

Local Event-No Hotel Recommended

Since this a local event, we will not have a recommended hotel or room block. Depending on the competition schedule rehearsals will be held at the studio and we try and depart as a team whenever possible.

Once the schedule is released, call times an related will be announced. This venue has a dancer only entrance on the side street.

Revolution Springfield May 19-21, 2023

Venue: Mass Mutual Center

Revolution National Talent Regional will be held at the Mass Mutual Center in Springfield.

The schedule comes out 10 days prior to the event, we expect this to be a three day (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) competition however we do not have any idea of times and related as of this moment.

Hotel Recommendation Revolution Regionals

Hilton Garden Inn Springfield

Our DTRI Block has been secured at the Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield.

We have secured 20 rooms for this event under a dedicated reservation link for our studio. We have 15 Double Queen rooms and 5 King rooms within the block. Both are the same price per night.

Starpower Nationals June 26-30 2023

Venue: Connecticut Convention Center

100 Columbus Blvd, Hartford, CT 06103

The Starpower Nationals Event will be held at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford.

The schedule comes out 10 days prior to the event.

This is a full week of events the week of June 26th to the 30th with Battle of the Stars competitions on the last day. As we know from last season, this is a FULL week.

Hotel Recommendation Starpower Nationals

Residence Inn Hartford Downtown

We were able to secure a hotel block at the Residence Inn in Hartford Downtown. They offer a free shuttle service to the Convention Center where Nationals will be held.
