A combination of Ballet, Jazz and Acrobatic skills introducing young dancers to many different disciplines. Dancers work on cardio, flexibility, and stretching all set to music and video on the big screen. The entire class is set to a different theme each week with the perfect combination of fun and dance training!
Recommended Ages: 3-6
Mini/Youth Dance and Acro
Next level of cardio, flexibility and stretching training incorporating center combinations, across the floor progressions with a mix of tumble and acrobatic skills.
Begin to incorporate tumble and acro tricks including hand and chin stands, front walkover, back walkover, handsprings moving on to aerials and more advanced training.
Recommended Ages: 7-10
Introduction to Tap Class
Dancers will begin to learn terms, sounds, skills introducing them to the world of Tap.
Students will begin working on tap combinations and technique.
